Michael A. Brown Sr., Ph.D
Dr. Brown is a published author and educator. As a member of the Florida Institute of Technology faculty, he teaches public administration and communication. He previously taught online and in person public administration, communication and social media courses for Florida International University. He is a Navy civil servant planning, directing and executing complex communication, information and strategic plans and internal/external public messaging and outreach. He graduated in May 2011 from Old Dominion University with a Ph.D. in Public Administration and Urban Policy, International Business.
