With decades of experience, Dr. Brown has coached sports at multiple levels and has an extensive background in public administration and communication. He earned his Public Administration and Urban Policy degree in International Business from Old Dominion University (ODU) in 2011 and teaches public relations and communication courses at the Florida Institute of Technology.
Dr. Brown is also an Air Force retiree with more than 40 years of combined military and civilian service.
